Ismael Silva’s first goal of the season sealed an impressive win for Akhmat Grozny over Champions League side FC Krasnodar. Wilker Angel had given the hosts the lead midway through the second half against Murad Musaev’s weakened side, before Silva struck a precise shot from the edge of the penalty area into Matvey Safonov’s bottom corner.

Akhmat move up to seventh on 20 points, while Krasnodar stay 10th on 18 points.
