The Russian national team's coaching staff have called up Sochi goalkeeper Soslan Dzhanaev, Lokomotiv defender Dmitry Zhivoglyadov and Spartak midfielder Zelimkhan Bakayev to prepare for the friendly against Moldova, and the UEFA Nations League matches against Turkey and Serbia.
Zhivoglyadov, unlike Dzhanaev and Bakaev, has received his first call-up to the main team. All three players were initially placed on the standby list. They will replace Dynamo keeper Anton Shunin, and defenders Mario Fernandes and Igor Smolnikov from CSKA and Krasnodar respectively. Also, Zenit striker Artem Dzyuba will not come to the training camp.
Stanislav Cherchesov's team will play a friendly against Moldova on 12 November in Chisinau. The Russian national team will then play two final Nations League games in League B; on 15 November against Turkey in Istanbul, and on 18 November against Serbia in Belgrade.
