Igor Kalinin’s last-minute header for 10-man Ural sealed an unlikely point for the visitors in Moscow. Nikola Vlasic had scored his eighth goal of the season from the penalty spot, and looked to have avoided a scare against their struggling visitors. Andrey Egorychev’s unorthodox finish had cancelled out Ilya Shkurin’s early header, but within moments of the second half starting, Pavel Pogrebnyak was sent off for a second booking. In added time, numbers were evened when Shkurin was also given his marching orders.

CSKA stray third on 34 points, while Ural stay 12th on 20 points.
