Sochi were dominant against Zenit St. Petersburg’s Russian Cup conquerors as four goals in 15 second-half minutes saw them fly past Arsenal into the Europa Conference League places. Anton Zabolotny opened the scoring five minutes after the break, shortly followed by strikes from Sergey Terekhov and Joaozinho. Artur Yusupov completed the rout midway through the second period.

Sochi leapfrog Spartak into third on 36 points, one point behind CSKA in the last Champions League place, while Arsenal remain 14th on 14 points.
