Akhmat romped to an emphatic win over Khimki - and it could have been more of Vladimir Ilyin hadn't missed a first-half penalty. He did double his side's advantage on the stroke of half time though, after Evgeny Kharin had given them the lead. 

Georgy Melkadze then put the finishing touch on an impressive performance with a spectacular overhead kick, before Brian Idowu's late consolation. 

Akhmat go 10th on 35 points, while Khimki remain eighth on 38 points.
