We have rounded up the best stats and numbers from Matchday seven of the Russian Premier Liga.
1 - Matchday seven was sprinkled with debut goals, and Mateo Cassierra wasted no time at all as he scored his first Sochi goal just 11 mins into his debut. The Colombian became only the third Sochi player to do so after Aleksandr Kokorin and Miha Mevlja.
2 - Arsenal Tula shocked CSKA Moscow in the battle of the gunners, overturning an early Igor Diveev header to lead 2-1. Evgeny Markov had a hand in both comeback goals, scoring and assisting for the second time in a single RPL match. The first occasion came for Dynamo vs Orenburg in 2018.
3 - Anders Dreyer became the first player to ever score three goals on a Russian Premier Liga debut after a brilliant hat-trick helped sink Ural Ekaterinburg. The Danish winger wasted no time getting started either with an outrageous backheeled volley flick after less than two minutes. Evgeny Titov managed the feat for Zhechuzhina Sochi in 1993, while 17 Russian top-flight debutantes have scored doubles.
3 - Although it wasn't a happy return to the club he captained to the RPL title just four years ago, Denis Glushakov did provide a small consolation with a goal at the death. It was his third direct free kick in the RPL, and his first since 2014. He has now scored four of Khimki's six goals so far this season.
4 - For Rui Vitoria, the 3-1 win was a crucial release from the pressure that had been building on a poor start to thee season. He has his Argentine striker to thank for that; after setting up Quincy Promes for the second, Ezequiel Ponce secured the result with the third. He has now been directly involved in four goals (3 goals,1 assist) in his last five RPL matches, after none in the previous six.
7 - The undoubted shock of the round saw new boys Nizhny Novgorod pull off yet another shock win to find themselves sixth in the table. Aleksandr Kerzhakov's side have now scored in all of their first seven RPL games, becoming the second promoted side to do so after Alania Vladikavkaz in 2012/13.
9 - Rifat Zhemaletdinov continues to be in the form of his life after setting up François Kamano to break the deadlock. The Russian international has provided nine assists in his last 18 RPL appearances, three more than anyone else in that time.
12 - While a Europa League-qualified side beating a newly promoted outfit might not in itself warrant headlines, it did improve one of the RPL's proudest records. Lokomotiv are now unbeaten in 12 home games (W10, D2).
19 - Igor Diveev was a man possessed in Tula. After just a few minutes he has put CSKA in front with his first ever headed RPL goal. He finally scored his first headed strike after 19 such attempts, two of which were on target.
40 - Impressive as Lomomotiv's daunting home record is, it doesn't even touch the most impressive one. Champions Zenit hace now recorded just one defeat in 40 home RPL games. Rubin Kazan are the only side to have beaten Zenit at home in the league in almost three and a half years.
75 - Gamid Agalarov continued his inspired form by going joint-top of the RPL goalscoring charts on six goals. He has now scored 75% of his team's goals, the highest proportion in the league.
