UAE team came to its final game at the tournament with second team roster, as in three days first team will resume the season in the national league. The Red-Whites were near to concede in the first attack, but Aleksandr Selikhov saved, and then Mikhail Ignatov brought the lead after great team combination. Ignatov scored another in first half with his head, and in the second 45 minutes Spartak increased the lead with long shot from Cristopher Martins, second-chance goal from Anton Zinkovsky and parachute style from new player Manfred Ugalde.

Shabab Al Ahli finished the tournament with three points in three matches, while Spartak after getting first win moved to second with three points behind Rostov.

Two matches remaining to play in Abu Dhabi, both include Kairat. On 11 February, team from Kazakhstan will face Rostov, and three days later will close the tournament meeting Spartak.
