On the morning of 23 September  players and coaches gathered at the club training base. For players, who had played in the starting squad of the match against Krasnodar the day before, recovery procedures were arranged. All others had training at the main pitch of Zvezda stadium, as the website of the club informs.

Tomorrow they are going to have one more training session in Perm. In the evening on the same day Amkar will start for the four-day voyage Perm-St.Petersburg-Tikhvin-St.Petersburg-Moscow in order to reach the venue of their Cup match against Tosno. Besides the flight, the red-and-black team will have to travel 220 km by bus. The team of Perm will arrive to Tikhvin – the match venue – early in the morning. And at 15:00 they will depart for the local stadium Kirovets, the artificial pitch of which will be hosting the Cup of Russia match at 17:00.
